GENERAL CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION

Our team has extensive experience in public and private inspections. We will be fully responsible for providing all the day to day oversight of the project during the construction phase as well as handle contractor’s questions, pay requests and change orders claims. We are experienced in establishing meeting schedules, notices, minutes and distribution procedures. We are prepared to become the owner representative for any project.

As minimum, to guarantee the success of the project, we provide to our clients the following scope of services:

• Assign Professional Engineers and support staff on a full time basis to the jobsite to conduct on-site observations of the work in progress as a basis for determining conformance of work and materials with the Contract Documents and applicable standards
• Perform visual inspections during the project to ensure compliance with the contract documents including official design drawings and specifications
• Certify that the construction work was performed according to the official design drawings and specifications
• Verify materials, field tests, laboratory test results and quality control methods during the project.
• Coordination with the EOR and PM for any change proposed by the contractor with respect to the proposed design
• Provide follow-up to submittals, shop drawings and any other special data related to the project

• Provide daily reports with a brief explanation of the work performed during the day
• Provide monthly reports with details of the works completed during the month
• Conduct one Punch List inspection and one Re-Punch List inspection to ascertain that all deficiencies have been corrected by the contractor
• Evaluate and recommend for approval the AFP through the client’s staff
• Lead weekly site progress meetings and prepare minutes
• Evaluate and resolve any Change Order applications
• Settle any outstanding claims on the project
• Project documents control
• Record drawings coordination
• Project Close-out
