MenDeg Engineering, P.S.C. assists the construction process by the coordination between project owners, designers and contractors from the design to the final contract close-out.
Our experienced team utilizes our understanding of the design process, contract language, scheduling, construction techniques, costs and construction law to provide owners with the information they need. By this practice we prevent and minimize factors that result in change orders, budget overruns, delays, scheduling problems and design omissions during construction, this help to reduce the owner's risk and improve cost controls.
Our goal is to achieve a quality construction by conforming to the contract requirements. Our project management covers the following services:
- Coordination of the project resources from the kick off meeting to the end of the project
- Pre-construction planning, subcontracting strategy, project schedule, construction logistic, cost control
